Caring Hearts and Helping Hands

For over 30 Years, HopeWorks (formally Resource Service Ministries) has been helping low-income seniors of the greater Atlanta region with weatherization assistance for their homes, gas furnace and gas water heaters repairs and replacements and general maintenance. On average, HopeWorks helps over 400 senior homeowners each year to warm their homes, lower utility costs, and ultimately remain independent longer.

Middle School Youth Brighten Mrs. Hill’s Home and Heart

Mrs. Hill had the outside of her home prepped and painted by the middle school youth from North Avenue Presbyterian Church and The Church of the Apostles.  North Avenue’s group prepped the house by washing and scraping it.  The Church of the Apostles youth followed up the next week with a fresh coat of paint….
